High Intensity Interval Groove (HIIG): A sweaty high impact class. Bursts of body weight strength and cardio exercises woven in with dance to keep it fun!

Flow with the Beat: In this one hour class we learn three vinyasa yoga sequences slowly, then match them up to the beat of the music so it feels like a fluid and fun choreographed yoga dance.

Hip Hop Half Hour: A mix of high and low impact. Mostly hip hop and pop music. A fun quick workout!

Divas Dance Cardio: Want to dance and sweat to Britney, Kesha, Beyonce, Taylor, Miley, Gaga and Demi? This nonstop dance class is for you.

Q: What level are these classes?

A: If not specified in the description, Erica caters to all levels and offers modifications throughout each class. With that being said, her style is flow based and athletic, so they might be challenging and a little fast paced for absolute beginners.

Q: Once I purchased, how do I watch the classes?

A: You will receive a PDF in your email that includes a link to the class or class pack you purchased. Save that PDF to your computer and you can stream the classes from any device. There is also an option to download the class if you would like to watch offline.

Q: Where can I find the playlist for each class?

A: Once you connect to the Vimeo page where the class is hosted, you click the TITLE of the video where it has the full information about the class. There is a Spotify link included with a custom playlist for each class.
