Full Class Descriptions

Straight Up Flow: This flow is designed as a ladder that continuously moves and we add on poses in each round. Lots of hips and side body in this flowy class.

Move like Water: Find your inner fluidity a we move through hip opening sequencing.

Side Body Scrub- This one feels so good to get into those sticky side body and middle back muscles. We supine twist over a rolled up blanket at the end to rinse out whatever tension we can.

Clearing the Hips and the Head: Slow, low start but don't worry we get sweating. Twists and Hips throughout the sequence to create space and clarity.

Flow to Vashi B: We open the legs through a progression of dancey flows and eventually work up to a few variations of side plank or Vashistasana B

Q: What level are these classes?

A: If not specified in the description, Erica caters to all levels and offers modifications throughout each class. With that being said, her style is flow based and athletic, so they might be challenging and a little fast paced for absolute beginners.

Q: Once I purchased, how do I watch the classes?

A: You will receive a PDF in your email that includes a link to the class or class pack you purchased. Save that PDF to your computer and you can stream the classes from any device. There is also an option to download the class if you would like to watch offline.

Q: Where can I find the playlist for each class?

A: Once you connect to the Vimeo page where the class is hosted, you click the TITLE of the video where it has the full information about the class. There is a Spotify link included with a custom playlist for each class.

Q: What if I have questions on poses or alignment?

A: Erica is easy to reach via email and will respond to your question in a timely manner.

Q: How long can I keep the classes I purchase?

A: Forever! Once you buy it, it's yours to take as many times as you wish!

Q: Do I have to buy all four classes in each pack?

A: No! Single classes are available for purchase as well
