A: If not specified in the description, Erica caters to all levels and offers modifications throughout each class. With that being said, her style is flow based and athletic, so they might be challenging and a little fast paced for absolute beginners.

A: You will receive a PDF in your email that includes a link to the class or class pack you purchased. Save that PDF to your computer and you can stream the classes from any device. There is also an option to download the class if you would like to watch offline.

A: Once you connect to the Vimeo page where the class is hosted, you click the TITLE of the video where it has the full information about the class. There is a Spotify link included with a custom playlist for each class.
